Order Confirmation:

o As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate ,we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

o You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your GIVEN ACCOUNT it will ship within thirty business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 2 days of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at info@woodinc.in

Damages:

o Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please mail us to info@woodinc.inso that shall arrange for a replacement only.

Cancellations & Refunds:

o Cancellations are to be made within 2 days of placing the order by the customer.

o All orders cancelled after 2 days are subject to a 10% value of the order as administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.

o In case of return of the product purchased, please mail us at : info@woodinc.in within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer.

o Products not as per Description/Image on the website shall be exchanged.

You can register your cancellations:

By sending email to info@woodinc.in with images of Broken/Defective/Damaged products within 2 days of delivery, provided the product being manufacturing defect. We need images of the damaged/defective/different products received so that we can defend your dispute. Please mention your order number in the email. But we expect our customers to handle the product with care.

All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Disputes registered after 2 days of delivery may not be entertained by WOODINC.

Refunds

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s) originally back. It will take 5-10 business days to process the refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original account that you use when placing your order. If in case the payment mode is Cash-On-Delivery, the refund can be made in terms of deposit to your bank account once after we get the bank account details from you. For goods bought on MRP, we will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to
